Whenever you place an order, you shall receive an automated email confirming your order including your items, shipping fees and taxes when applicable. Alternatively, you can check all your orders including past ones once you login and go to orders under my account.

We don't accept returns on open items due to the nature of our products. However, you can contact us if you would like to return a sealed product and we can arrange it. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
